Deposit payment
A 40% deposit of the total booking fee -including taxes- is required to secure your reservation. Deposit is to be paid within 2 days from the booking date. Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation email that outlines a summary of your booking. Please review the information carefully and contact us if you have any questions or require any changes. Your deposit payments, automatically confirms the fact that you have read and agree with our terms and conditions. We will send you a payment confirmation email, as soon as we receive the deposit payment. Alterra Vita reserves the right to cancel your booking in case you do not conform to the deposit payment details as stated above.
Deposit payment for Last minute reservation: Last minute reservations are reservations made within the last 72 hours from the check in date/time.
For these reservations, a payment within 3 hours is required. We can send you a link to pay by card remotely, or you can make a bank transfer and send us proof of payment.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation 60 days or more before the arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged and deposit will be fully refunded (minus any bank and/or exchange rate expenses). However, for Guaranteed Room Reservations not cancelled at least 60 days before arrival the deposit amount will not be refunded.
You will be asked to present proof of identity at the time of check-in. The proof of identity can be the guest’s driving license, passport or voter’s identity.

Attention: This accommodation can host only guests older than 12 years old. No small kids are permitted to stay at the specific accommodation. In case you want to reserve both suites (the whole place) please let us know. Only in that case kids younger than 12 y.o. are allowed.

Other important information
Guests are requested to settle their bills directly at your check in.
In case you decide after your check in to leave before your scheduled departure date, you are obliged based on Alterra Vita policy to pay the whole amount of your initial booking, ie. Early Departures result in a 100% cancellation penalty (the total reservation cost).
Airport transfer is not included in the rooms/houses price. However, should you require any facilitation for that please feel free to contact us.
Pets are allowed only upon request. No extra charges will be applied. However, in case of damage caused either by pets or humans, a fee might be applied.
All children are welcomed (except Alterra Vita Eco Villas). Children under 2 year stay free of charge at baby cots/cribs. Extra beds if required (and if applicable) are charged for EUR 10 per night.
Behavior & Smoking
Guests will not perform disturbing, unhealthy, noxious, hazardous or illicit acts. Smoking is permitted only on the outdoor spaces. Each time smoking will be detected in non-smoking areas or rooms, a cleaning fee of EUR 100 will be charged.
Lost key charges: 100 EUR. Guests will be charged for replacement of lost or stolen keys.
Locksmith charges: Please make sure you do not leave your keys behind the door. In the case that a door cannot be open due to guests’ mistake, a fee of 50 EUR will be applied.
E-mails
By making a reservation you agree to receive (i) one or more emails before the date of your arrival at the accommodation, giving confirmation of the booking and possible information on your destination and various suggestions and offers concerning your booking and destination, and (ii) an email after your stay, with the invitation to give your feedback on your stay. Also, (iii) your email will be added to our mailing list but you always have the right to unsubscribe since every legitimate email to be sent by us will have a visible unsubscribe mechanism.
